Positive’s new website set to support business growth

Positive Commercial Finance, the specialist broker, has launched a new, responsive website as property development finance business levels continue to increase.

Designed and implemented by design agency Fury, the new website provides a number of functions to help visitors access the information required and interact with Positive online. Positive was the first broker to introduce an online chat service on its site and this is enhanced on the new one, as well as a number of product-specific forms for a fast response about a particular type of finance.

The new website comes at a time of growth at the company and will help fulfil the increase in enquiries received. Positive has grown its marketing, social media and PR profile in recent months and the website is seen as another building block in its promotional strategy.

Last year, Positive appointed Gary Ellis as business development manager (BDM) to help handle the growth in business levels and is now looking to recruit more BDMs to handle the demand for their services.

Positive works with lenders across the UK with many exclusive funding lines, commission splits and access to the lowest rates on the market. It has proven success in delivering positive customer outcomes through specialist finance, and has had over 100 ‘excellent’ ratings on independent feedback site Feefo.
