We may be one of the UK’s largest providers of mezzanine and bridging finance for global real estate, but at Reditum Capital, we work differently.

With a team of experienced and high-quality lenders who have been borrowers and developers first, we are property people at heart. Having experienced dealing with the issues facing investors first-hand, we know all too well the sting that can come from working with lenders who are not committed to their clients.

Over the past five years, we have financed over £350m across the globe and aim to continue this immense growth through the recent introduction of some ground-breaking shifts to our deal terms. We can now offer up to 80% LTV for bridging deals on high-quality assets, have opted to remove personal recourse on deals below 60% LTV and, to answer the need for speed in bridging, have arranged for a massively quick turnaround. Now, once our legal team receive all the information from the borrower and this is approved, we can guarantee our customer a close of the transaction within five days of getting the documentation.

Working with empathy, professionalism and understanding for every developer that chooses us, we lend from £600,000 to £20m+ for both bridging and mezzanine finance to ensure we accommodate all deals. We are happy to consider all locations and asset types because, for us, the asset is always paramount in the assessment of transactions. Different from our competitors, we price for risk and working with this DNA means we can always offer fast-paced bridging finance, no matter the political climate.

The world is very different from two years ago and, as a result, there is a clear dislocation between borrower and traditional senior debt provider. This is a void that we are trying to fill. Being part of the NACFB and having its backing while we continue our journey is a huge asset to our business.
