With over 17 years’ industry experience, Saul has combined experience of both residential and commercial lending having worked for large corporate organisations and small privately funded lenders including Halifax, Co-operative Bank, Manchester Building Society and Lancashire Mortgage Corporation.

As the Head of Short Term Lending it is Richard’s responsibility to ensure that all DIP’s, applications and offers that are submitted complete as soon as possible.
Richard has a wealth of experience in underwriting and understands the importance of building relationships with brokers. Richard started his career 15 years ago and has worked for Manchester Building Society, GMAC RFC , Pricapita and joined Precise Mortgages in 2011.
